How I work
A transparent process from first contact to launch and support. You always know what's happening with your project.
Request
1 dayYou send a request through the form on the site or by email. Briefly describe the task — what needs to be done and by when.
Discussion
1–3 daysWe hop on a call or exchange messages to understand the task in depth. I clarify the business context, technical constraints, and expectations for the result.
Estimate
2–5 daysI prepare a detailed estimate: break the project into stages, assess the effort, and set the cost and timeline in a proposal.
Contract
1–2 daysWe sign a contract that sets out the scope, timeline, cost, and terms. Everything is handled formally.
Development
As plannedI get to work. I regularly show interim results, align on decisions, and keep you posted on progress.
Launch
1–5 daysI deploy the system on your infrastructure, train the users, and hand over the documentation and source code.
Support
OngoingAfter launch I stay in touch. A warranty period is included; after that, it's a support contract or one-off requests.

Involvement
Regular calls and demos. You take part in decisions rather than just waiting for the result
Reliability
A formal contract, proper closing documents, and warranty obligations
Frequently asked questions
Do you work remotely?
Yes, I run most projects remotely. If an in-person meeting is needed, we can arrange one.
What's the minimum project budget?
I usually take on projects starting from $1,000. For smaller tasks there's an hourly rate — from $40/hr.
Can changes be made along the way?
Yes, I work flexibly. Minor tweaks fit within the budget. Significant scope changes are re-estimated and agreed on.
What if I need the project urgently?
There's an urgent rate with a premium. But first I assess whether the timeline is realistic — I won't take on the impossible.
Do you hand over the source code?
Yes, always. After payment you receive full rights to the code, documentation, and all project materials.
